BetWest Cookie Policy

At BetWest, we use cookies and similar technologies to make our website work properly, to understand how you interact with our platform, and to personalise your experience across our casino, sportsbook, and horse racing services. This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how we at BetWest use them, and what choices you have regarding their use when you visit betwest.com.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer, smartphone, or other device when you visit a website. They allow a site to recognise your device and remember certain information about your visit, such as your preferred language, login status, and browsing behaviour. Our BetWest platform uses cookies to deliver a smooth and secure gaming experience, whether you access us through a desktop browser, a mobile browser, or a home-screen shortcut.

Why BetWest Uses Cookies

We rely on cookies for several important purposes. Our Vegas-style gaming environment, along with our sportsbook and horse racing offerings, requires technical cookies to function correctly. Here at BetWest, we also use cookies to analyse site performance, detect fraud, support responsible gambling tools, and tailor promotions such as our welcome bonus or weekly reload offers to your preferences.

• We use essential cookies to enable core functions like account login, session management, and secure transactions.
• We use performance cookies to understand how visitors use our 13,774 games, including our slots, live casino, and jackpot titles.
• We use functionality cookies to remember your language and currency preferences, given our support for 19 locales and multiple currencies.
• We use advertising and targeting cookies to show you relevant promotions, such as our Daily Cashback or Weekend Reload offers.
• We use analytics cookies, including third-party tools, to measure traffic and improve our platform.

Types of Cookies We Use

Our BetWest systems deploy several categories of cookies, each serving a distinct role in how we operate our site and services.

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: These cookies are essential for you to move around our website and use its features, including secure areas like your account dashboard. Without these cookies, services like deposits and withdrawals cannot be provided.
• Performance and Analytics Cookies: We collect anonymous information about how visitors use our site, including which games, such as our live roulette tables or Top Live Casino titles, are most popular.
• Functionality Cookies: These allow our website to remember choices you make, such as your username, region, or language, and provide enhanced, more personal features.
• Targeting and Advertising Cookies: We use these cookies to deliver advertising more relevant to you and your interests, including information about our bonuses and VIP Club benefits.
• Third-Party Cookies: Some cookies are placed by our partners, including payment processors, affiliate tracking systems, and game providers like Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Evolution-powered live studios.

How We Use Your Information

We at BetWest process the data collected through cookies to improve navigation, remember your login credentials, and ensure that promotions, including our no-deposit bonus or free spin offers, are presented accurately to eligible players. We also use cookies to help detect unusual account activity, supporting the security of our casino and sportsbook operations.

Our BetWest Casino & Sportsbook platform additionally uses cookies for compliance purposes, such as confirming that visitors are not located in a restricted jurisdiction. Given our licensing under Anjouan and our focus on markets including Germany, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, cookies help us apply the correct localisation, currency, and regulatory settings for each visitor.

Managing Your Cookie Preferences

You have control over whether to accept or reject cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser settings to decline cookies if you prefer. We encourage you to review your browser's help section to learn how to adjust your cookie settings.

Please note that if you choose to disable cookies, some features of our website, including the ability to log into your account, make deposits, or request withdrawals, may not function correctly. We at BetWest recommend keeping essential cookies enabled to ensure a seamless experience across our casino, live casino, and sportsbook sections.

Browser-Level Controls

• You can delete cookies already stored on your device through your browser settings.
• You can set your browser to block cookies from being installed in the future.
• You can use private or incognito browsing modes, which typically limit cookie storage.
• You can install browser extensions designed to manage or block tracking cookies.

Third-Party Services and Cookies

Our BetWest website integrates with various third parties, including payment providers supporting Visa, Mastercard, bank transfers, MiFinity, and multiple cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT. These partners may place their own cookies to facilitate secure transactions. Additionally, our game and live providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evoplay, and Ezugi, may use cookies to support game functionality and performance tracking.

We do not control the cookies placed by these third parties and recommend that you review their respective cookie and privacy policies for further information on how they handle your data.

Updates to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, legislation, or our business practices. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review it periodically. Your continued use of BetWest after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
